As part of a 2013 Healthier Wisconsin Partnership grant, the Healthy Shelves team worked at two Waukesha County food pantries (Food Pantry of Waukesha County and Salvation Army) to increase the availability and selection of healthy food choices. This was done through food pantry bag assessments, nutrition education, and recipe sampling with food pantry clients.
